Raw Chocolate Coconut Pudding
Who eats pudding for lunch and a healthy one at that?
This recipe was so easy and SO DELICIOUS!
I simply scooped the meat from three young coconuts. Added some cocoa and agave to taste. Then blended it in my vitamix until it was perfectly smooth.
